ATS Admin (Monthly Championship)
My suggestion is to have a visible ATS admin online during the monthly championship. I know it's not viable to have them on every ATS game (and I dont think its that necessary). However, on a 'big' event where real life prizes can be won, I think there has to be an admin on to solve problems.
Example: A guilds player had a disconnect just a few seconds before the timer and couldnt join in time with a henchie/hero in the second match. Many of them canceled their appointments and had high hopes for the ATS, but where forced a forfeit just because someone disconnected.
There is no admin name announced as far as I know that you can contact during these hours, except if you know some contact names via via via (which arent known to the majority of players).
